I offer stretch, mobility and foam rolling 1:1 sessions and group classes.
1:1 sessions are tailored to your needs/injury/sport specific.
Group classes are a general full body release, or targeted sessions e.g, upper body, lower back pain, sport specific, desk workers etc.
Prices vary due to time, location and number of people in attendance.
Also, as a Copper Fitness instructor, I am a part of a range of sessions such as barre fitness, dance choreography and more!

Who am I ?
Lia Rodda - Qualified BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist (Member of the SoST), L3 Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer (NASM), with extensive CPD such as foam rolling, myofascial cupping, kettlebells and more.
With years of dance experience combined with my love of strength and mobility training, I have a passion for movement, how the body adapts and how to look after ourselves. I would love to share this with you all.
